James E. Logan & Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1993 while Jim Logan was serving as Vice President of Kenneth H. Wells & Associates, Inc., a well-known and highly regarded national structured settlement firm. During his tenure with Wells, a number of the clients Jim served indicated a need to develop improved methods for recognizing and assessing damage issues surrounding their personal injury claims. In addition, there was a need to secure specialized negotiation support, particularly on difficult cases or post-verdict situations. With the support of Kenneth H. Wells & Associates, Inc. and key clientele, work began to create innovative approaches for claim resolution.
Over time, James E. Logan & Associates, Ltd. developed a number of specialized support services that have enabled clientele to make informed decisions and case assessments in a highly efficient and effective manner. Our firm continues to look for new opportunities to assist clientele, whether through the creation of new services or products, or by dissemination of important information that might make a difference in the outcome of settlement efforts.
